Our client needed the exterior of their home restored as the original Dryvit facade’s faulty installation resulted in water leaking around windows and doors, causing them to rot. The Dryvit was replaced with brick after an extensive search to match the existing. Deep overhangs were added to the roof eave line to enhance the original design’s prairie style, tripartite leanings. New taller wood doors with a high transom window , coupled with an extended porch roof, deliver a prominent entry way that is welcoming outside and light filled inside.
