This complete gut rehab involved converting an existing 2 unit apartment building into a single family home. The challenges included opening up spaces to accommodate the sort of dimensions required for updated kitchens and bedrooms as well as introducing a flow, both in the house, and out to the rear yard. Structural elements were strategically placed and the reuse of beautiful existing built-ins, guided the layout and placement of the new spaces.
