This addition and renovation of an existing 1920’s house was intended to bring about a fresh, modern hybrid of its traditional roots. This project adds a dining room, new kitchen, along with 2 new bedrooms on a new second-floor level. Opening up views to the outdoors and indoor spaces informed the resulting design.
