This exterior renovation centered on the need to replace a dilapidated 1 car garage with a 2 car garage with storage. Access to the existing home’s side and rear exit doors were the driving factor locating the new structures. An option was chosen which created an attached “shed” to capture outdoor space. The resulting cleanly detailed patio space acts as a backdrop for the new garage which interprets the home’s bungalow roots.
